Esegiel Gaeb is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of NAMPath Laboratories. Esegiel received an undergraduate degree in medical laboratory sciences with post graduate qualifications in Business Management and Public Health. After graduation Esegiel worked as a medical technologist for the South African Institute for Medical Research before independence of Namibia. He moved through the ranks of medical laboratory science and became the Senior Manager: Specialized Services for the Namibia Institute of Pathology (NIP) Ltd. He is occupying the business development and quality assurance portfolios at NAMPATH.

Elton Afrikaner is the Co-founder and Chief Operations Officer (COO). Elton is a qualified and experienced medical technologist with a broad exposure in pharmaceuticals and healthcare.
